Vodafone offers an internship opportunity for a six-month in the Recruitment department at VOIS in Budapest, Hungary. This internship will be from home until the end of the pandemic and will be meeting each other max 2 times/week in the digital office. This internship is considered your way to create the future with VOIS, integrated into an international, multicultural and inclusive team, and get many of unique learning and development opportunities.

Duties & responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be:
- Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases.
- Using social media for finding the best profile.
- Screening CV-s based on the role profile.
- Managing pre-screening interviews in Hungarian and English as well.
- Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms. Recruitment related admin.
- Working on your own project related to HR.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- A full -time active university semester now and the upcoming 7 months, preferably related to HR.
- Self-confident in English communication.
- German would be a big advantage.
- Interested in HR processes and the different field of Human Resources.
- Communicate easily and you are not afraid of phone interviews.
- Ready to work alone if needed.
