Global Competition for Startups and a Chance to Win Many Valuable Prizes

4YFN is pleased to announce a global startup competition aimed to find the best digital startups around the globe and promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the mobile ecosystem. This year 4YFN Awards designate prizes for the Winner, Finalists and Top 50 startups and will take place in the framework of 4YFN at MWC Barcelona 2023 to be held from 27 February to 2 March 2023.  

If your startup have been selected, you will have:

Top 50 startups:

• 2 MWC 2023 Discovery passes

Finalists:

• 4 MWC 2023 Discovery passes

You should follow the following criteria:

• Startups already incorporated and duly registered with no more than five years of existence.
• Startups from any sector are welcome, but they must be related with digital technologies.
• Startups must be contributing to one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
• Startups must be based in eligible countries, according to the US, UK and EU trade sanctions list.
• Submitted Applications must have at least an MVP (minimum viable product).
• Submitted Applications must be making a difference and have a positive impact in the world.
• Any and all materials submitted, including business plans, must be appropriate for public dissemination.
• Submitted Applications must be the original work of the Participants and must be entered by either an individual of legal age or a team, with no size restriction.

Competition Timeline:

• Call for Entries Closes:18 October 2022.
• Top 50 list published: 24-28 October 2022.
• Finalists Announcement: 11 November 2022.
• 4YFN Awards Finale: 1 March 2023.

Selection Process:

Startups will be evaluated based on the following criteria :

• Innovation.
• Soundness & Market Traction and Technology Readiness.
• Potential & Scalability.
• Impact.
• Fit with the team, the initial markets and the resources available.
