<p>European Solidarity Corps initiative invites youth from around the world to be part of its new <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Volunteer-Work" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">volunteering</a> program that is going to take place within the European Union Member States. This program will be from 2 to 12 months. &nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Eligibility:&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>This program is open for young people from 18 years old, legally resident in or has the nationality of one of the:</p><ol><li><strong>European Union Member States.</strong></li><li><strong>Partner Countries:&nbsp;</strong></li></ol><ul><li>former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey.</li><li>Liechtenstein, Iceland, and Norway.</li><li>Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia.</li><li>Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine.</li><li>Algeria, <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Egypt" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Egypt</a>, Israel, <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Jordan" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jordan</a>, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia.</li><li>Russian Federation.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> Some projects may have additional restrictions on ages, legal residency or nationality, depending on the type of project and how it is funded.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Program&nbsp;</strong><strong>Missions And Projects:&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>Selected candidates will be invited to join a wide range of projects, such as:</p><ul><li>Helping rebuild a school or community center that has been devastated following an earthquake.</li><li>Providing support to newly arrived asylum seekers.</li><li>Clearing vegetation from forests to help prevent wildfires.</li><li>Working with disabled people in a community center.</li></ul><p>Projects supported by the European Solidarity Corps can last from two to twelve months. They will usually be located within the European Union Member States. The applicant will not be asked to provide any services related to the immediate response to disasters. These types of tasks will continue to be performed by those with specialist training and experience to operate safely in these dangerous environments.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Application Conditions:&nbsp;</strong></h3><ul><li>The applicant may register for the European Solidarity Corps when he is 17 years old, but he cannot start a project until he is over 18.</li><li>Applicant must also complete the European Solidarity Corps project before he turns 31.&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><strong>Participation Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></h3><ul><li>After participating in a volunteering project applicants will receive a certificate that documents their participation.
