The Stephen M. Kellen scholarship targets students interested in the dual BA program of the Sciences Po University in Nancy, France and the Freie Universität Berlin in Germany. The scholarship encourages promising young individuals to commit to Europe by giving them the keys to law, economics, history, political science, and sociology; the opportunity to speak at least three languages; and the ability to navigate both German and French cultures. The scholarship is granted based on the applicant’s ability to demonstrate academic excellence, vision, and generosity. Students must apply to the dual BA program starting in fall 2018 and once .they're admitted, they are eligible for this scholarship
