International Competition for a Short Comics Story

Since 1991 the International Festival of Comics and Games has been hosting its annual competition for short comic stories. Applicants from all ages and countries are welcomed to join. The allowed techniques are: drawing, painting, digital art, and photography. Each submission should be up to 8 pages and in A4 or A3 format. Participating fees for submissions from outside Poland is 10 Euro.

The successful candidates will be chosen by the jury, their work will be shown at the exhibition of competition works during the 29th International Festival of Comics and Games, and free entry to all the festival events. In addition to these financial prizes: Grand Prix of 7,000 PLN, first prize of 4,500 PLN, second prize of 3,500 PLN, third prize of 2,000 PLN, and three special awards of 1,000 PLN each.
