International Undergraduate Scholarships Based on Merit at Sciences Po in France

Sciences Po invites academically exceptional international students from outside the European Union to apply for the Emile-Boutmy scholarship that is awarded in undergraduate programs. This scholarship is awarded based on merit and according to the type of profile sought for this program. 

Eligibility criteria:

1. Students must be first time applicants, from a non-European Union state, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union and who have been admitted to the undergraduate program
2. Students who are not eligible are:
3. Swiss and Norwegian applicants, since they may be entitled to CROUS scholarships
4. Applicants who have dual citizenship, including an EU citizenship
5. Applicants from Quebec for master’s degree (since they may take advantage of sliding scale fees same as European applicants). Applicants from Quebec for a bachelor’s degree are eligible
6. Bachelor dual degree applicants
7. Exchange students

Scholarship amount:

1. A tuition grant of €7,300 per year for the three years of the undergraduate program, in addition to a grant to cover part of the cost of living of €5000 per year
2. A tuition grant of €7,300 per year for the three years of the undergraduate program
3. A tuition grant of €5,000 per year for the three years of the undergraduate program
4. A tuition grant of €3,000 per year for the three years of the undergraduate program
5. On an exceptional basis, a scholarship of €19,000 may be granted to cover the three years of College
