Online Volunteering Opportunity with the UN: Management of Immunization Data Assistant

The United Nations Volunteers program is offering an online volunteer opportunity for Egyptians and residents in Egypt as an "Assistant in the Immunization Data Management Department".

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen or legal resident in Egypt.
• The applicant must be at least 22 years old and not more than 35 years old.
• The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medicine, paramedical studies, Public health, or social sciences.
• The applicant must have 36 months of experience in development program management, Other communications-related experience, Public information, or reporting.

Language Skills:

• English(Mandatory), Level - Fluent
• Arabic(Mandatory), Level – Fluent

Required Skills:

• Communications and interpersonal skills;
• Report writing and presentation skill;
• Organizational and self-management skills;
• Project management skills;
• Ability to communicate with respect, tact, and diplomacy;
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams;
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to track tasks and projects, and follow up on internal agreements;
• Understanding of WHO goals, programs, structure, and networks.
• Advance knowledge on working with MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Power BI;
• Ability to work on the different statistical program ( SPSS, STATA,..);
• Competent knowledge and working on Epi Info.
• Adaptability and Flexibility.
• Working in Teams.
