Opportunity description
The United Nations Volunteers program is offering an online volunteer opportunity for Egyptians and residents in Egypt as an "Assistant in the Immunization Data Management Department".
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen or legal resident in Egypt.
- The applicant must be at least 22 years old and not more than 35 years old.
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medicine, paramedical studies, Public health, or social sciences.
- The applicant must have 36 months of experience in development program management, Other communications-related experience, Public information, or reporting.
Language Skills:
- English(Mandatory), Level - Fluent
- Arabic(Mandatory), Level – Fluent
Required Skills:
- Communications and interpersonal skills;
- Report writing and presentation skill;
- Organizational and self-management skills;
- Project management skills;
- Ability to communicate with respect, tact, and diplomacy;
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams;
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to track tasks and projects, and follow up on internal agreements;
- Understanding of WHO goals, programs, structure, and networks.
- Advance knowledge on working with MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Power BI;
- Ability to work on the different statistical program ( SPSS, STATA,..);
- Competent knowledge and working on Epi Info.
- Adaptability and Flexibility.
- Working in Teams.
