Partial Postgraduate Scholarships in Health and Social Sciences in the UK

Bournemouth University offers the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences Executive Dean’s Scholarship for postgraduate EU and international students for courses starting in September 2020 in the UK. 

Eligibility criteria:

1. The Faculty of Health & Social Sciences Executive Dean's Scholarship is available to any international or EU postgraduate applicant for a full-time taught course run by this faculty, who can demonstrate an outstanding academic profile relating to their course.
2. For courses starting in September 2020. Scholarships cannot be deferred.
3. You will need to have a minimum of an upper second-class Honors degree (2i) or equivalent.
4. You cannot be in receipt of any other BU scholarship.
5. your application should highlight your academic achievements and explain why you should be considered for this scholarship.
6. Scholarships are reviewed on a regular basis and the university reserves the right to withdraw, amend or introduce new scholarships at any time. Scholarships are offered subject to funding and availability. Scholarship is awarded in your first year only, unless stated otherwise.
7. You must complete this application by the earliest deadline advertised for the scholarship you wish to be considered for, as you can only submit this application form once. 
8. You do not need to send any transcripts or qualifications with your scholarship application form. The university may verify these at a later date, upon enrolment.
9. If you are submitting an application prior to receiving your final results, please include a predicted grade and any unit marks to help make an assessment.

Value of scholarship:

All of the awards are made in the form of a tuition fee reduction, to the value of 50% and if you're successful, you'll be notified within one month of the closing date for applications.
