Alfred State is offering the International Student Scholarships for applicants from any country all over the world. These scholarships are only available to new students beginning their studies in August who will live in Alfred State residence halls.
Eligibility and Conditions:-
International students entering Alfred State through agents or special articulation agreements may not be eligible for these scholarships.
An application is not necessary for these scholarships.
These scholarships are only available to new students beginning their studies in August who will live in Alfred State residence halls.
To be eligible for the international cultural scholarship, you must have a minimum GPA at high school or college of 2.5.
To be eligible for the International Excellence Scholarship, you must meet two of the following four criteria:
213 TOEFL exam score (79-80 on Internet-based exam, 550 on paper exam).
3.25 college GPA (90 or 3.4 overall high school average may be substituted).
1270 combined reading/writing and math SAT.
Be a member of Phi Theta Kappa in good standing.
To be eligible for the International Merit Scholarship, you must meet two of the following four criteria:
195 TOEFL exam score (71 on Internet-based exam, 525 on paper exam).
3.0 college GPA (an 88 or 3.25 overall high school average may be substituted).
1170 combined reading/writing and math SAT.
Be a member of Phi Theta Kappa in good standing.
Students who qualify for the International Excellence Scholarship cannot receive the International Merit Scholarship.
You must pat $50 USD as non-refundable application fee in the form of a money order, cashier’s check, or wire transfer via peerTransfer
