Partially Funded Travel Opportunity to Russia to Participate in the International Forum of Volunteers

International Forum of Volunteers invites all the world's youth to apply for the 2019 edition, which will be held in Moscow, Russia, from 2 to 5 December. The festival is the largest international volunteer event with more than 10,000 volunteers from around the world.

Forum Objectives:

The aim of the International Volunteer Forum Russia is to celebrate National & International Volunteer Day, which is officially celebrated on December 5th.

Participants will visit social institutions and charitable foundations: get acquainted with the features of a social, hospital, environmental, medical, event volunteering and provide all possible assistance where necessary. There will be sessions on networking and international cooperation, an exhibition of public associations and social initiatives.

Note: Travel expenses from the place of residence to Moscow and back are to be covered by participants themselves or by the organization they represent.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Participants with any academic fields are Eligible to Apply.
• Active volunteers from all over the world can become a part of the forum.
• Age should be between 18-35 Years Old.
• Some previous Experience in Volunteering.

About:

International Forum of Volunteers is held annually in Russia from 2 to 5 December and is attended by more than 10,000 volunteers from around the world. More than 10,000 volunteers from all over the world participate in the forum. The program of the Forum includes many events, social initiatives, and charitable exhibitions. A closing ceremony will be held at the end of the forum where the results of the volunteer year and the winner of the annual volunteer competition will be announced.
