OUT.RA offers artists the chance to perform music/sound art performance at a water reservoir to commemorate 80 years of public water supply in Lisbon's south bay city of Barreiro, Portugal. The program is built on the relationship between water and sound. Each performance will be repeated three or four times during the two-day event scheduled for 27 and 28 May.
