MediBang company has announced the opening of the third manga competition, the MCPO (Manga Contents Promote Organization) Award. This contest is for artists aiming at going professional, and artists who want to test their own potential, Both professionals and amateurs are welcome to apply. Participating in teams is accepted too.

Entry Period
Participating in this contest is open from Feb. 22th 2019 till 5:00 p.m. (Japan Standard Time) on May. 7th 2019.
- Original and complete story in one issue (Commercial magazine/ web publication work is prohibited).
- Maximum of 32 pages (including cover).
- Must be a complete manuscript (No Scenarios or Names).
- Both left-opening or right-opening manuscripts will be accepted (In the case of vertical orientation, each page must be segmented properly before submission).
- Works which have been awarded in previous contests, other than MediBang, will not be accepted.
- Gold Prize: ¥200,000+ award certificate+invitation to participate in awards ceremony+award (up to 1 work).
- Silver Prize: ¥150,000+ award certificate+complimentary ticket to awards ceremony (Up to 1 work).
- Bronze Prize: ¥100,000+award certificate+complimentary ticket to awards ceremony (Up to 1 work).
- Judging committee special award (multiple): Award certificate+souvenir (a signed color board, books, etc).
- Effort Award (multiple): award certificate.

Entries must be in MDP, JPG or PNG format (Max. File Size: 30 MB).

Prizes
Delivery of invitations and complimentary tickets to awards ceremony will be arranged by MediBang. In the case of absence, please note that travel expenses cannot be redeemed as a cash prize.
The prize money will be sent to the entrant's MediBang account using their PayPal, or wired to their bank account (the winner will accept the responsibility of any associated wiring fees).
