Women in Engineering International Leadership Summit 2018 in Jordan

EEE WIE International Leadership Summits were launched as a part of IEEE WIE’s portfolio of global initiatives that focus on Inspiration, Leadership, Empowerment and Entrepreneurship mid to senior women in technology. Summit provide opportunities for networking, mentorship, and collaboration
IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is one of the largest international professional organizations dedicated to promoting women engineers and scientists, and inspiring girls around the world to follow their academic interests in a career in engineering. The mission of IEEE WIE is to facilitate the recruitment and retention of women in technical disciplines globally.

This year, the summit will take place in Amman, Jordan to encourage women around the world to follow their dreams and aim for their ambitions. The theme for this year is to AIM as it stands for (Achieve, Inspire and Make).

Summit Tracks:

Women are invited to attend a vast range of workshops which will focus on the following 5 tracks: 

[1] Technology.

[2] Leadership.

[3] Empowerment.

[4] Innovation.

[5] Entrepreneurship. 

The summit will provide opportunities for networking, mentorship, and collaboration and high profile speakers from different backgrounds and different experiences will be hosted.

EEE WIE International Leadership Summits will take place on 29 and 30 of September 2018 at Al Hussein Cultural Center.
