Adobe Research Department is delighted to announce their 2019 Women in Technology Scholarship Program. Adobe Research creates innovative technologies for their software products to better serve consumers, creative professionals, developers, and enterprises. Adobe brings together the smartest, most driven people from around the world, and give them the freedom and opportunity to nurture their intellectual curiosity, while providing them the necessary resources and support to shape their ideas to see the light. The Adobe Research Women-in-Technology Program searches for outstanding undergraduate and masters female students anywhere in the world who are studying computer science. A committee of Adobe researchers will review all applicants and select the winners at their discretion. Recipients are selected based on their academic record, a personal statement, and three letters of reference. Students may be invited for phone interviews following the initial review.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for the 2019 Adobe Research Women-in-Technology Scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
[1] Be a female student currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student at a university for the 2018-2019 academic year.
[2] Students graduating Spring 2019 are not eligible for the award or internship opportunity.
[3] Intend to be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or masters student at a university for the 2019-2020 academic year.
[4] Be majoring in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field.
[5] Maintain a strong academic record, and provide evidence for that case.
Benefits:
Successful applicants for the Adobe Research Women-in-Technology Scholarship will receive the following benefits:
[1] A $10,000 award paid once to the student.
[2] A Creative Cloud subscription membership for one year.
[3] An Adobe Research Mentor.
[4] An opportunity to interview for an internship at Adobe. Scholarship recipients will be announced by November 21, 2018.
