UNV announces its need for 2 volunteers to work online in developing staff-onboarding brief documents. This volunteerwill last for two weeks, during which you will create one document with a good design and ensure they are written professionally.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Create a staff onboarding document (one document) with a good design and ensure they are written professionally:
- Choose a document format: Decide on the format for the onboarding documents. You can use Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any other word-processing software for creating text-based documents.
- For design elements, consider using Adobe InDesign, or other graphic design software.
- Design and Layout: Use a consistent and professional color scheme that aligns with the UN's branding.
- Incorporate relevant graphics, such as the UN Logo, and images to enhance the visual appeal.
- Ensure proper spacing and alignment for a clean and organized layout.
- Review and Edit: Make revisions as needed.
- Keep documents updated: share the source link to allow the focal point to update the onboarding package at any time.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Proficiency in relevant software or tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific technology or equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to effectively convey information, ideas, and instructions to colleagues, clients, or stakeholders.
- English, Level: Fluent.
- Arabic, Level: Fair.
- Ability to work 1 - 5 hours per week.
