EMECS invites both European and non-European students to fully funded master scholarships opportunities in Embedded Computing Systems in Europe. You will have the chance to choose the university you do want and become one of the experts in the field of Embedded Computing Systems.
Benefits

- A scholarship tuition waiver:
- The costs for program tuition.
- Health Insurance.
- A monthly living allowance amounting to 1,000 EUR for the entire duration of the EMECS program (24 months).
- A contribution to travel and installation costs.
Please note: The amount varies and is computed individually based on your country of residence.
Eligibility criteria
You must follow the following terms:
- You must hold at least a B.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related program.
- The grade average of the previous study should prove the high qualification of the applicant. This will normally be the case for a grade average of ‘B’ or better in terms of the ECTS grading scale.
- You have sufficient fluency in English.
- Taking the GRE test is recommended but not mandatory.
- Selection results for all applicants will be announced by May 2022.
- Selected applicants have to confirm their acceptance within one week after receipt of the selection result by sending the signed Declaration of Acceptance.
- Start of the EMECS program depends on the academic calendar of the chosen partner university.

Please note:
- A non-European student may work part-time for up to 20 hours per week when a work permit is granted.
- An application for a work permit should usually be accompanied by a statement from the university confirming that the work will not affect the study progress.

- Ranking of academic institutions where undergraduate studies were done.

- Acquired practical experience.
