The University of Oxford in the UK is offering Postgraduate Scholarships in History. The scholarship is jointly funded by the University and by Sir John Swire, who studied History at University College from 1948, and is a distinguished Old Member (alumnus) and Honorary Fellow of University College.
Benefits
The scholarship covers course fees and provides a grant for living costs. Awards are made for the full duration of your fee liability for the agreed course.
Eligibility criteria
- You must have applied to one of the full-time graduate programs in the School of History.
- you are subsequently offered a place after consideration of applications received by the deadline.
- your application is not placed on a waiting list or held back after the December or January admissions deadline to be re-evaluated against applications received by the March admissions deadline.
- you meet the eligibility criteria.
- selection is based on academic merit.
