Radboud University announces a fully funded scholarship in the field of teaching English in the Netherlands.
Benefits
The scholarship will cover:
- Full tuition fees.
- Living costs of €11,520 (as determined by the IND, the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service, for the period 2023-2024) for the duration of the master’s program.
- The scholarship will also cover the costs of a visa, residence permit, health insurance, and Aon student insurance.
- 13 scholarships are available for the following colleges:
- College of Literature.
- College of Medical Sciences.
- Nijmegen School of Management.
- Faculty of Philosophy, Theology, and Religious Studies.
- College of Science.
- Faculty of Social Sciences.
Eligibility criteria
- The Radboud Encouragement Scholarship cannot be combined with a Fulbright-Radboud Scholarship or an NL Grant. You can apply for more than one scholarship, but you will only receive one scholarship.
- All courses must be passed in the first year, to qualify for the scholarship again in the second year.
- You must meet all of the following criteria to apply for this scholarship:
- Hold a non-EU/non-EEA passport.
- You must not be eligible for reduced EEA tuition fees.
- You must not have sufficient funds, scholarships, or loans to finance your studies at Radboud University.
- You must have (or be on track to obtain) a bachelor's degree from outside the Netherlands, have no degrees in the Netherlands, and have not received any previous education in the Netherlands (you can have a cultural exchange program, provided it is part of the bachelor's degree obtained outside the Netherlands).
- You must meet the English language proficiency requirements for the Master's program of your choice.
- You must be fully accepted into an English-language MA program starting on 1 September 2024 as stated in your official admission letter.
- Able to comply with the conditions for obtaining an entry visa to the Netherlands.
