Presentation Requirements:
- Presentations should be limited to 15 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes allocated for discussion, questions, and answers.
- The author or co-author must be present to give the presentation.
- Presentations can be made using a personal computer or any of the equipment available in the conference venue.
- It is recommended that you use Windows OS and MS PowerPoint in your presentation.
- Conference volunteers will assist participants with any technical needs they may have.
Posters requirements:
- Posters must be 36 inches wide by 48 inches high.
- Participants are responsible for bringing their own printed posters.
- Posters must be prepared prior to opening and removed after the presentation.
- Posters will be displayed in the main event hall.
Virtual Presentation Requirements:
- Presenters who are unable to attend the event in person can still participate through virtual presentations.
- Virtual presentations should not exceed 15 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for discussion and Q&A.
- Conference organizers will provide Zoom links to virtual presenters prior to their presentations.
- Virtual presenters should share any relevant documents or presentations to enhance the process of explaining their findings to the online attendees.
