Leaders Of Tomorrow digital exchange program offers online volunteer opportunities for various positions. It is seeking staff members to fulfill its program requirements and maintain the process of the program following the timeline.
Volunteer Areas:
- Social Media Coordinator (Duration: 10 months)
- Program Interviewer (2 months)
- Program Facilitator (3 months)
- English Language Instructor (3 months)
- Applications Reviewer (2 months)
- Program Assistant (12 months)
- Alumni Advisor (2 months)
Duties & responsibilities
Your key responsibilities are to fulfill the program requirements, as well as tasks assigned to each volunteer:
- Social Media Coordinator: Support team leadership to maintain the program’s online presence, manage social media platforms, and updates, answer questions and assist with logistics.
- Program Interviewer: Facilitate the program interviews, evaluate the candidates, and deliver a final report of their evaluation.
- Program Facilitator: Support team leadership in all aspects of program implementation, track a wide range of participant information and project data, delivering weekly reports/evaluations on the students’ status and attendance records.
- English Language Instructor: Facilitate the program activities, provide English training sessions to the students, support data collection, maintain its accuracy as well as assist in monitoring and evaluating the program.
- Applications Reviewer: Reviewing the candidates’ applications and delivering feedback/evaluations on their status and eligibility.
- Program Assistant: Mainly coordinating the digital marketing department, and with graphic designers. Assist in facilitating program sessions, interviews, and supervise program facilitators. As well as, developing and tracking traditional and social media communications content as needed.
- Alumni Advisor: Promoting for the program call for applications, act as a program ambassador, serve as a point of contact for potential candidates, and share experience about the program. Working collaboratively with Program Manager, Officer, and submitting recruitment reports to Program Officer.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Experience in (social) media communications.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Well organized with strong communications skills and communicating with teenagers.
- An alumni of an exchange program.
- Experienced in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Constant access to the internet during the week.
- 4-5 or 8-10 Hours time availability during the week.
- Experienced in leadership skills, civic engagement, conflict resolution, project planning, and public speaking.

It has over 200 alumni from more than 25 countries around the world and aims to continue its mission to more people and countries by developing leadership and project management skills as well as an intense focus on global issues and improving their English language.
