UN Volunteers platform is offering an online volunteer opportunity: Mapping of CSOs and other relevant entities promoting volunteerism in Libya.
Volunteer duration and working hours:
6-10 hours per week / 4 weeks
Duties & responsibilities
- This task consists of identifying key actors who are involved in solidarity engagement and in volunteer mobilization in Libya. These actors may include CSOs, Volunteer Involving Organizations (VIOs), Youth groups, disabled people forums/ groups, etc.
- The document to be delivered is a list of key Libyan actors with brief information about their areas of work, programs, and contact details (including e-mail, phone, social media, etc).
- There will be regular communication via email to discuss matters relating to the task.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates should have previous experience CSOs mapping or similar activities.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the region will be considered a distinct advantage.
- English Language is required.
