UN Volunteers platform is offering an online volunteer opportunity to design 6 social media cards (6 English with 6 mirrored Arabic) for UNDP RBAS Knowledge Project in Lebanon
The Knowledge Project is a partnership between UNDP and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation seeking to promote knowledge generation and dissemination in the Arab region and beyond since 2008. It builds on three Arab Knowledge Reports, the Arab Knowledge Index, the knowledge4all portal, the Arab Reading Index, the Future of Knowledge Report, the Global Knowledge Index (GKI), and most recently the skills development initiative
Volunteer duration and working hours:
1 - 5 hours per week / 2 weeks.
Duties & responsibilities
This assignment is part of a communications campaign to advertise for the skills initiaitve, including getting people to fill in the stakeholders survey and to pre-register.
This task consists of designing 6 social cards (initially in English, and mirrored into Arabic) to advertise for the skills initiaitve, including getting people to fill in the stakeholders survey and to pre-register.
Eligibility criteria
Required experience:
- A bachelor's degree (or current enroll in) in graphic design, communications, digital marketing, etc.
- Have passion to act for promotion of volunteerism
- Working experience in international organizations is an asset
- Having experience in social media operation is an asset
- Be proficient in picture and video processing software, such as PS, Pr etc.
Languages: English, Level: Fluent, Desirable Arabic, Level: Basic, Desirable
