The Fully Funded Harvard Academy Scholars Program in the USA is open to applicants from all nationalities.  The program, offered by the Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies, provides a fellowship opportunity for highly talented PhD scholars to pursue their research and technical training.  Candidates from around the globe are welcome to apply in their respective fields of expertise.  This fully funded scholarship is available to recent PhD scholars as well as doctoral candidates who have completed their PhD from any university.  Five to six scholars will be chosen for the Harvard Academy Scholars Program 2025 in the USA.
