Opportunity description
COAMIX Inc., a manga publisher based in Tokyo, Japan, organizes the international SILENT MANGA AUDITION contest.
The SILENT MANGA AUDITION® (SMA) is a manga audition exclusively for manga without dialogue. This way, creators of all ages from across the world can break through language barriers and share their love of manga with each other.
SMA entrants not only have the chance to receive cash prizes, but also the chance to work towards their manga debut in Japan.
The theme of this edition is "Seized with rage". Tell your story through images alone.
The page count for a single SMA entry is 17 pages or less. Multiple entries are welcome.

- Grand Prix: 500,000 JPY
- Grand Prix Runner-Up: 300,000 JPY
- Excellence Award: 100,000 JPY
- Exellence Runner-Up: 30,000 JPY
- Honorable Mention: 10,000 JPY
