An online volunteer opportunity in the field of translation offered by (UNV)

UN Volunteer offers a volunteer opportunity for 2 weeks in the field of translation. It is looking for four online volunteers to conduct English to French or English to Spanish translation and proofreading of the assets for the self-paced course on Learning for Nature, which is a premier e-learning platform by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). 

You will be responsible for:

• Translating the course room document, registration page text and Mailchimp text from English to French or English to Spanish.
• Proofreading of the assets for the self-paced course on Integrated Spatial Planning. 
• Collaborating with other volunteers on the team.

You should follow the following criteria:

• Application is open for all nationalities.
• Have a native-level knowledge of French if applying for the French position.
• A native-level of Spanish if applying for the Spanish position.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional experience in translation will be considered an advantage.
• Duration of the volunteer: 2 weeks/ 6 - 10 h per week.
