Hacker Earth is offering "World After Covid-19" Hackathon. During the pandemic, They have managed to successfully transition to a new way of working. They truly believe that the success of working remotely is measured by the ability of an organisation to deliver quality work to its clients and most importantly to continue investing in its people. Note: Preferred technologies include Microsoft .NET and Azure services. However, you are free to submit solutions in any technology of your choice. Please choose any one of the below themes to work on.
Themes and Application Idea:
- Health Sector:How can we move routine health check-ups to an online service? How can the patient own the data?
- Vulnerable People: How can we use wearable sensors and cameras to assure that vulnerable persons are well?
- Business and Retail: How can we control the constant flow of information from emails and asynchronous communication platforms to less distractive?
- Local Communities: How can a small community platform improve the quality of life of individuals securely?
- Education: How can students navigate the available information at their own pace, ensuring that the material is absorbed and educators are alerted when students face difficulties?
- Entertainment: What is the most effective way to obtain tickets? How can queues be managed effectively? How to manage audiences for shows or live events? What is the best way to buy food and drinks?

Eligibility criteria
- This is a team participation hackathon. You can have at most 4 members in your team.
- You can either invite your friends to form a team or you can request other teams to add you as a member.
- It's an online hackathon, you can participate from anywhere.
- There are 6 themes of the hackathon, you must submit a hack that is in one of these themes.
- Once the hackathon starts, you will get an option to submit your hack, you can submit as many times as you want, the last hack will be considered as the final submission.
- You are expected to come up with new and innovative ideas, any idea that has been copied from somewhere will be disqualified.
- Your hack must be developed entirely during the Hackathon duration. You may use open source libraries and other freely available systems / services such as Google Maps, Facebook Connect, Twitter feeds etc.
- The intellectual property of your code belongs only to your team.
- By participating in the hackathon, you agree to the terms and conditions of HackerEarth.
