Internship Opportunity in the Field of UI/UX Designs at Zain Company in Bahrain

Zain company offers an internship opportunity in the field of UI/UX Design in Bahrain. Your main responsibilities include gathering user requirements and designing graphic elements.

Your main responsibilities and duties:

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.

Eligibility:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Web Media or any other related field.
• Have Bahrain nationality.
• Exceptional academic record is a plus.
• Job-related professional certificate(s) is a plus.
• Job-related experience of up to 3 years is a plus.
• Your age must be between 21-27 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate within 3 years of graduation.
• Fluent in English; strong Arabic skills are preferred.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Competencies and skills:

• Proven ability to work with others successfully within a team.
• Ability to liaise effectively and coordinate successfully with internal and external stakeholders and other third parties.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad, general responsibilities, but with specialist process automation subject skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
