Full-Time Internship in Belgium in Marketing Provided by DESelect Company

DESelect Company is offering a 3-month full-time internship opportunity in Belgium. At DESelect, you will help marketers at large companies save time and enjoy their work by creating intuitive software that allows them to target and segment with ease. You will get to learn from seasoned entrepreneurs and true marketing automation experts, who have worked as consultants in many international companies and have built multiple startups. 

Requirements:

1. Available minimum 3 full months.
2. You have performed some kind of sales or marketing activity before (as part of a school project or previous internship).
3. You are able to relocate to Antwerp, Belgium for the duration of the internship.
4. Fluent English (Independent User B2).
5. Independent thinker (You don’t agree with another intern or one of the Founders? You say so. You don’t understand something? You ask).
6. No 9-to-5 mentality.
7. No experience is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile (one of DESelect’s main channels).
2. Develop content pieces and landing pages to generate leads (you will get the support of a graphical designer and the Founders for content).
3. Manage DESelect’s WordPress website’s content.
4. Liaise with DESelect’s off-shore PR agency to make sure the communication strategy is aligned.
5. Edit videos and push them through DESelect’s digital channels.
6. Communicate directly via email with leads and will be involved in (online) meetings with these together with the CEO.
7. Compose DESelect’s email newsletter and set up automated email flows for incoming leads or subscribers.
8. There may be other tasks that can’t be predicted but would be fun and interesting. Past examples include: Creating a financial plan, helping prepare a pitch deck, attending a large conference and network event...etc.
