Lucasfilm Entertainment Company that affiliated with Walt Disney Company is offering an internship as a Training Coordinator at Sydney Studio in Australia. It is seeking a variety of talents to join the team. So, this is the time to seize this exciting opportunity and deal with the global Studio Talent Group and Artist Management.

Eligibility: 

To be eligible for this training:

  • You should have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • You should have at least 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience within film production/post-production and computer graphics preferred.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
  • You should have a keen eye for detail, highly proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • You should be proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and perform general administrative and support duties for the Studio Talent Group, including working with the Global STG teams to schedule courses and course attendees; scheduling conference rooms, classrooms, and theaters; and maintaining records of e-mail and other training requests.
  • Coordinate production training programming, including on-boarding and professional development classes.
  • Serve as a liaison between trainees and the training staff, observing and communicating training needs and feedback to STG Leadership.
  • Maintaining training class database and calendar making sure all courses and events are entered and accounted for. 
  • Assistance in the creation of reports and schedules for managers and department personnel as well as assistance with special projects as needed.
  • Support The Jedi Academy junior talent programs including Internships and Apprenticeships, as needed.
