Opportunity description

Erasmus Intern offers an internship opportunity in Germany in the Business Development / Sales field. As a Business Development Intern, you will work at the intersection of sales, growth, and strategy with the ultimate goal to find new growth opportunities and to improve existing processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Fuel campusjäger company's growth - Gain a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs and support the team in translating the knowledge into strategic actions.
  • Build strategic partnerships - Proactively build new cooperations and acquire business partners that benefit the overall strategy.
  • Track and analyze performance - Aggregate and report on company performance for internal departments and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 semesters completed in a B.Sc. program at a well-renowned university in business management, engineering, economics, or a similar field (ongoing studies)
  • Preferably internship experience in fast-paced, demanding environments (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, large technology companies)
  • Exceptional structuring and analytical skills with an ability to balance innovative thinking and hands-on execution of targeted actions in a timely and goal-oriented manner.
  • Adaptive, outgoing, and positive professional who loves working in an ever-changing environment with a no-task is too small attitude.
  • Very strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, German language skills are a plus
