Heartbeat Labs is offering internship opportunity in Human Resource. You take responsibility from day one and work together with a great team. • Support to hire the best candidates for different teams
• Take responsibility for candidate communication and appointments
• Source the best profiles for vacancies
• Discover and establish new non-traditional recruiting channels
• Own projects for relevant HR processes (feedback, culture, people development etc.)

• You are a student of economics, business administration - preferable with focus on HR - or similar fields of study
• You completed or are at the final stage of your Bachelor’s degree, within your Master´s degree or in between your studies
• You have first experience in HR, especially in recruiting  and sourcing - familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) would be a plus
• You have excellent communication skills (fluent in English and German)
• You are characterized by creativity, team spirit, you are hard-working , show energy and motivation
