Opportunity description

Zain is offering an internship opportunity, as it's looking for a fresh graduate to join the IT department for a one year contract under Zain Al Shabab Program.

Qualifications:

The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:

Fresh Graduate.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any IT equivalent field.
Technical Skills:
- Programming (Java).
- Linux and Unix.
- SQL
- Scripting.
Soft skills:

Communication skills.
Analytical Thinking.
Data Analysis.
Self-Development.
Problem-solving skills.

Internship Duties:

Analyzing marketing requirements and generating related figures and statistics as well as establishing charging systems’ KPIs to maintain the performance of the charging function.
Collaborating with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure the functionality of related operations.
Following up on customer’s problems and complaints as well as handling any fraud-related issues or revenue assurance discrepancies and contributing to the prevention of associated causes.
Programming and scripting for needed tools.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
