Duties & responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of day -to-day operations of recruiting.
- Supports key aspects of the Talent Attraction function including Staffing and New Employee Onboarding
- Supports special staffing projects
- Intern will need to quickly ramp up on the existing tools and methodologies being used in staffing.
- Assist with key Staffing functions to include, candidate interview schedules and new hire onboarding and ATS maintenance & Job Posting
- Intern will need to quickly ramp up on the existing tools and methodologies being used in HR.
Eligibility criteria
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Team player with customer service orientation and flexibility to accommodate varied duties and changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and work independently for several individuals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Measureable goal is to achieve the agreed results in timelines and specification.
