Internship for Graduates Interested in Administration at Erasmus Intern in Finland 2020

Erasmus Intern is offering a 3-month internship opportunity in Office Management, Administration and Business in Helsinki, Finland for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

1. Collecting and searching for data.
2. Communicating with clients.
3. Marketing strategy.
4. Uploading data and information in scientific sites.
5. Design covers of books, journals and each articles for social media use.
6. Using adobe programs such as page maker, Photoshop, PowerPoint tasks to prepare journal or book covers or layout for publications.
7. Collecting information and arrange files.
8. Assist in proof reading, and layout (using adobe programs).
9. Promoting the company's activities or products.
10. Additional tasks and / or take part in ongoing office work.

Requirements:

1. English: Proficient User C1
2. Level of Studies: Master
3. Skills:  Administration, secretary, marketing, editing, proof reading, business, translator, journalism, economics, computer, social media, photography, bibliography, teacher, library, literature, communication, law, social science, finance, language, publishing.
4. Skype interview is needed.
