Opportunity description

Orange is offering a job opportunity as a Frontend Developer who will be recruited via an online interview and who will join the team in Bucharest, Romania for 2020. 

Here are some of the project Orange is currently involved in:

  1. A complex portal created in order to realize marketing and ergonomics studies over on-line communities. The project consists of a back office and a front office and it uses Angular 6 (back office part) , Vue js and Twig  (front office part), SASS and integrates Vanilla forum API.
  2. A visualization portal for projects/clusters/binded application from Kermit (Openshift for Orange) created with Express Js & EJS where the user can see his projects, update his binded applications, see cluster status and details etc.
  3. A complex portal for processing large datasets created with Angular 8 (served via Express js server ) which displays the processed data in charts, canvas, tables etc.
  4. Portal enabler designed to secure changes between cloud native applications (CNA) microservices. It defines a solution allowing a project to secure the way actors (team members, tools, components, etc) access his resources by defining and enforcing applicative policies. The project uses technologies like Angular 5, LESS, GitLab.
  5. Dashboard portal that will be used by support team, and will retain specific information about certain clients. (Angular 6, LESS).

Eligibility criteria: 

  1. Knowledge of OOP in Javascript and common design patterns.
  2. Good understanding of GIT.
  3. Good understanding of server-side communications using HTTP, AJAX, and RESTful web services.
  4. Strong understanding of debugging using the browser dev-tools.
  5. Passion for frontend development.
  6. Proactive and teammate that likes brainstorming sessions.

Good to have:

  1. Basic knowledge of Typescript and Angular 2+.
  2. Familiar with JIRA.
  3. Bootstrap.
