Opportunity description

Al Futtaim Motors is looking for a talented Accessory Executive from UAE to join the team and work in Dubai for 2020. 

Key accountabilities: 

  1. Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks.
  2. Assist Product Team with new ideas / new suppliers for meeting objectives of MY changes or new product launches including Special Editions.
  3. Ensure that accessory prices are maintained accurately in the system.
  4. Ensure that launched products/accessories have been tested and meeting the minimum customer requirements.
  5. Work with the purchasing department to guarantee the right balance between quality and price.
  6. Liaise with parts to keep the right stock level for each accessory.
  7. Liaise with PDI and Retail Aftersales to ensure that workshops have enough space and manpower capacity for accessory installations.
  8. Support DIO accessory sales in branches. 
  9. Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job.
  10. The job entails analytical and decision-making capability with a basic technical background on automotive or automotive parts.  The individual must be detailed orientated with a strong computer system and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, experience, & skills:

  1. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University graduate level.
  2. Minimum Experience:  No experience required.
  3. Strong analytical skills, advanced systems skills, in particular, MS Excel  and PowerPoint.
  4. Knowledge in project management.
  5. Result Orientated.
  6. Good communication skills and team player, ability to work on own initiative.
  7. The individual must be able to work under pressure whilst working towards tight deadlines.
  8. Behavioral Competencies: able to plan & prioritize tasks; initiative; self-starter; strong team player, positive can-do attitude.
