Orange is offering a job opportunity as the Mobile Money Department Supervisor to join the team in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Design the service road map to ensure the best efficiency by reducing costs and maximizing created values.
- Design the distributors' commission, contests, and animation events for market penetration.
- End-to-end management of the processes to ensure the smooth wallet activation, smooth customer experience in the post-wallet activation phase, e-unites stock management and transfer at all levels.
- Ensure applying the proper handling for all complaints and inquiries received directly from customers or regulators
- Monitor, analyze, and report all system transactions to assess successful vs. failed ratios and design required action plan with all concerned teams with corrective actions needed.
- Design the system configuration for all users group roles, set up the proper units transfer limits and wallet sizes, and update all implemented specifications, considering issued regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Business, Economics, engineering, or technology.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same function.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thought process.
- IT and technical Knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Strong planning and organizational background.
- Strong financial & budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiations skills.
