Opportunity description

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as an Inside Business Partner to join the team in Amman, Jordan for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
  2. Constantly create revenue generating channels from cross selling, upselling and new business streams.
  3. Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth.
  4. Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized tailored solutions.
  5. Ensure a healthy balance of revenue growth from organic and new business generation based on proper customer profiling.  
  6. Ensure customers are using cost effective services channels and increase use of automation.
  7. Regularly reviewing customer performance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set.
  8. Collect required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover.
  9. Ensure customers information are up to date utilizing CRM tools.
  10. Support credit collection activities.
  11. Act as the main point of contact for customers on all requests related to quotation and contracts.
  12. Approach customers on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related field.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  3. Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
  4. A minimum of 2 – 3 years sales experience.
  5. Marketing background is a plus.
  6. Fluency of Arabic & English language skills.
