Paid Human Resource Remote Internship Offered By ErasmusIntern

Erasmus Intern is offering a remote internship opportunity in the field of Human Resource. We seek a creative and energetic recruiting professional to join our start-up. You will start working remotly for first 2-3 weeks. Recruiter have responsibility for hiring talent through creative sourcing, coordinating the resume review and interview process.

Internship duration and working hours:

Full time for 6 months.

Eligibility criteria:

• BA/BS degree with strong academic background required
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task (a must-have)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment
• Proven ability to work in fast-changing pace
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good sense of humour appreciated.

• English: Independent User B2.

Internship duties:

1. Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates for experienced hiring opportunities
2. Manage requisitions for experienced hiring
3. Plan and execute sourcing strategy, design interview process (if necessary), etc.
4. Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate evaluation
5. Creation and maintaining recruiting databases (We are starting a hiring campaign )
