Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity at MyCityHome in Madrid, Spain. The training will be in CRM for six months. Required commitment: Part-time. MyCityHome is a real estate startup that offers a high level of security for customers. It seeks to increase profits by adopting a new approach and adapting to new economies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer communications management.
- Planning and Coordination of the team (Check-in equipment, cleaning, laundry, Chauffeur, extras).
- Hospitality Management (Check-in Quality, Home Guides).
- Basic data management.
- As with all startups, you may be asked to perform additional tasks at peak times.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a degree in Management, Humanities or Social Sciences.
- English: Independent User B2.
