Opportunity description
An Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with clients and continuously monitoring their accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. They communicate with clients, understand their needs, resolve issues, and follow up on contracts while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Duties & responsibilities
- Managing client accounts and maintaining continuous communication with them
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring client needs and resolving issues
- Following up on contracts and agreements
- Achieving sales or revenue targets
- Preparing regular reports on account performance
- Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance)
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in English (essential)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to negotiate and solve problems
- Basic knowledge of Excel or reporting tools (a plus)
- 0–2 years of experience
