Duties & responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the project’s financial operations and budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and periodic expenditure reports.
- Follow up on payment processes, procurement activities, and administrative procedures.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for participating teams.
- Manage project financial and administrative documentation and filing systems.
- Support financial audit processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Contribute to integrating gender equality concepts into project activities.
Eligibility criteria
- High school diploma as a minimum requirement, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience for high school diploma holders, or 4 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, in administrative or financial fields.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and financial management systems.
- Strong skills in report preparation and budget management.
- Ability to work within diverse teams and handle pressure effectively.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
