Duties & responsibilities
- Provide interpretation and translation services for beneficiaries.
- Respond to beneficiaries’ inquiries through the project helpline.
- Support social integration activities and community outreach efforts.
- Translate project-related documents and awareness materials.
- Build relationships of trust and respect with beneficiaries and partners.
- Identify challenges faced by beneficiaries in accessing services.
- Support field activities within HELIOS+ centers and reception facilities.
Eligibility criteria
- High school diploma with at least one year of relevant experience in a similar field.
- A university degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in translation, community work, or humanitarian work is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, Greek, and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
