Business Solution & Events Internship In China at Disney

Disney is offering Business Solution & Events internship in Shanghai, Mainland China. This position as Business Solution and Events intern at SHDR sales department is to provide an efficient support to director and teams; to assist team in achieving higher efficiency, monitring sales performance and driving sales revenue.  

• Assist Business Solution & Events Director in various assignments and project Powerpoint presentation preparing, including contents, charts etc；
• Assist Meetings Conference and Events Sales Team to prepare proposal, contract signing and deposit cut off day control；
• Work as an analyst to generate reports from Delphi system and analysis result or story behind figures；
• Assist Manager, Business Solution & Events on special projects or assignment.
• To ensure Shanghai Disney Resort’s business policies and process are fully well followed;
• To support team’s daily work, including take meeting minutes, support business report consolidation;
• Support to ensure efficient internal and external communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Demonstrated excellence with presentation skills;
• Demonstrated understanding of the selling process – ability to comprehend and execute sales processes;
• Computer literacy (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc);
• Culturally sensitive and detail-oriented;
• Positive, energetic and willing to help others to grow, to excel;
• Continuously learning new knowledge and skills;
