• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree may be considered if they possess additional relevant professional experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience for applicants holding a Master’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant professional experience for applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in financial auditing or consulting with international audit and advisory firms.
• Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) or IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud.
