KPMG offers an internship opportunity in the field of Corporate Finance - Mergers, and acquisitions (M&A) Industrial which mainly provides best-in-class advice and execution on the most complex transactions. This gives you the chance to join the Corporate Finance professionals in the Consumer & Industrial Industry in Rome and you will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills. Duties & responsibilities

- Finance evaluation.
- M&A execution.

Eligibility criteria
To be a successful candidate, you should have:
- An excellent Master’s degree in Business or Management Engineering.
- Knowledge of budget breakdown.
- Proficiency in English, ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroad.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- A working/internship experience during University will be considered a plus.
- Problem solver skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and fosters collaboration.
- Ability to inspire confidence in the clients and empower change through high motivation and enthusiasm.
