The role involves leading the school’s inclusion and inclusive education strategy, supporting students with diverse educational needs, and working closely with teachers and parents to ensure a fair and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and implement the school’s inclusion strategy
- Support students with special educational needs and learning difficulties
- Oversee academic support plans, including Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Train teachers on best practices in inclusive education
- Collaborate with parents, educational teams, and specialists
- Monitor student progress and improve educational outcomes
- Lead the school’s Inclusion team
- Ensure compliance with GEMS Education policies and educational standards
Eligibility criteria
- Recognized qualification in Inclusion or Special Education
- Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Inclusion or integration departments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in international schools or IB curricula is considered a strong advantage
- Commitment to the values of equity, diversity, and inclusive education
