Opportunity description
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking 10 volunteers to work as Field Data Collectors for the MM-II Technology Survey project in Türkiye. The selected volunteers will conduct field interviews and collect data from migrant and host communities to support evidence-based research, assessments, and humanitarian programmes.

Duties & responsibilities
- Conduct field interviews and surveys with members of host and migrant communities.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with approved methodologies and survey protocols.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and research ethics standards.
- Use the project's digital data collection tools and platforms.
- Submit daily reports on progress, achievements, and field challenges.
- Maintain regular coordination with the Field Team Leader and report any issues, concerns, or observations promptly.
Eligibility criteria
- High school diploma with at least three years of relevant professional experience, or a university degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in field data collection, surveys, or assessments is preferred.
- Fluency in Turkish is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse communities.
- Ability to use digital data collection tools and mobile survey platforms.
- Open to all nationalities legally eligible to work or reside in Türkiye, including Turkish citizens, refugees, and legal residents.
