Microsoft offers an internship opportunity in China as an HR Officer Intern.
Duties & responsibilities
- Coordinate HR Director’s calendar, expense management, other operational-related matter tasks
- Support HR Director & HK HR team to prepare power points, data analysis and written memos to all levels of the organization.
- Help the HK HR team with ad-hoc tasks as needed; Organize and coordinate processes and information within the HK HR Team
- Drive new ways to promote our employee brand within Hong Kong – Leverage social media platforms, traditional print sources, etc.
Eligibility criteria
- HR experience is preferred but not necessary
- Be able to support at least 2~3 days a week, work onsite from Microsoft Beijing Office
- Huge growth mindset – Courage to try new things and be modest to take feedback to make things better
- Comfortable with being thrown into unfamiliar and unique situations to derive solutions
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- An energetic and positive mindset with good team working spirit
- Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English.
