As an Intern  you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team to achieve their business goals for Mid-Market, France. You will:

1. Working with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity
2. Proactively identifying customer needs/requirements and recommending/quoting appropriate Dell Services
3. Acting as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives
4. Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship
5. Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate and identify customer problems and needs, and recommend appropriate solutions

1. Fluent written and verbal communication in French
2. Graduated less than 12 months ago with a Bachelors degree or equivalent
3. Good knowledge of IT service offerings
4. Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators
5. Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed
